Cast-Tec actually branches back all the way to 1983. This family run business started off as a family owned, cast iron fireplace restoration business. They then grew into a retail store called the Victorian Fireplace Company. This business was incredibly successful for around 15 years. The company went from strength to strength, with the restoration side of the business opening up its own showroom.
The Cast-Tec team then realised that to keep up with demand, they would need to start looking into manufacturing like for like cast iron fireplace reproductions. They now supply the UK and even further with cast iron mantels and fireplaces, as well as reproductions and new designs that have a focus on being both user friendly and energy efficient.
